When to contact us regarding your move 

It’s best to contact us as soon as you know the address you are moving to at least one month in advance of your move, so we can ensure your home services easily move with you. Please contact us via one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of this page

 

Moving your services

Let us know ahead of time of your upcoming move, our specialist will check the service availability at your new address and will explain all necessary installation details.
If you are scheduled for auto-install, we will let you know if new equipment will be shipped to you, and if so, we will provide you the return label for your old equipment. 
If your installation requires a technician visit, an appointment will be booked accordingly.
