Direct dialing 

• Simply dial 1 followed by the area code and the number you wish to dial.
• This is included with all Distributel Digital Home Phone accounts.
• If you have a traditional landline from a telephone provider (not digital), we offer this service for a one-time fee of $2.95. Please contact us via one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of this page if you are interested in this service.

Two stage dialing 

• Dial your local access number as per the Access Number Lookup Tool.
• When you hear a dial tone, dial 1 followed by the area code and phone number you want to reach.
• Two stage dialing works with all phone – even mobile phones.

10-10-YAK

• Simply dial 10-10-925 followed by area code and phone number in one consecutive sequence. For example: 10-10-925 + 613-824-5555
