The Account Profile page allows you to manage your personal information, such as your contact phone number, your login & contact email, your language of choice, and your password. This page also provides you with quick access to make a payment, or manage your pre-authorized payments.
Once you have accessed your MyAccount, click 'Account Profile' page to perform any of the changes listed in this article.
Change your contact phone number
- In the Account Profile tab, click on ‘Edit’ next to 'Contact phone number'.
- A pop-up will appear. Enter your new phone number and click 'Confirm'.
Change your login & contact email
- In the Account Profile tab, click on ‘Edit’ next to 'Login & Contact email'. A pop-up will appear.
- Enter your new email address, confirm the address in the field below it, and click 'Confirm'.
Update your language preference
- In the Account Profile tab, click on ‘Edit’ next to 'Language preference'. A pop-up will appear.
- Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu, and click 'Confirm'.
- In the Account Profile tab, click on the ‘Edit’ button next to Password. A pop-up will appear.
- Enter your current password, complete the subsequent fields based on the provided password requirements, and click 'Confirm'.
