Manage Account Profile

The Account Profile page allows you to manage your personal information, such as your contact phone number, your login & contact email, your language of choice, and your password. This page also provides you with quick access to make a payment, or manage your pre-authorized payments.

 

Once you have accessed your MyAccount, click 'Account Profile' page to perform any of the changes listed in this article.

 

 

Change your contact phone number

  1. In the Account Profile tab, click on ‘Edit’ next to 'Contact phone number'.
  2. A pop-up will appear. Enter your new phone number and click 'Confirm'.

 

Change your login & contact email

  1. In the Account Profile tab, click on ‘Edit’ next to 'Login & Contact email'. A pop-up will appear.
  2. Enter your new email address, confirm the address in the field below it, and click 'Confirm'.

 

Update your language preference

  1. In the Account Profile tab, click on ‘Edit’ next to 'Language preference'. A pop-up will appear.
  2. Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu, and click 'Confirm'.

 

Change your password

  1. In the Account Profile tab, click on the ‘Edit’ button next to Password. A pop-up will appear.
  2. Enter your current password, complete the subsequent fields based on the provided password requirements, and click 'Confirm'.
