How to Access MyAccount

Benefits of using MyAccount

MyAccount gives you access to all your Distributel services and accounts online, and is accessible from your computer, tablet or smartphone: 

  • Update your account profile, contact information and password 
  • View your current bill and billing history 
  • View record of service changes 
  • Make a payment  
  • Update your preauthorized payment details 
  • Update address for Home Phone 911 service 
  • Access your webmail

How do I access MyAccount?

To access MyAccount, click here and a new tab will open. For quick access, we recommend you bookmark this page in your Internet browser.

  1. Enter the email address you used to register to MyAccount. 
  2. Type in your password.
  3. Check the 'Remember my username/Email' box.
  4. Click 'Login'.

 

 

If you are having trouble accessing MyAccount, please follow these instructions. 
 

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to the MyAccount login page.
  2. Click 'I forgot my password'.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click 'Submit'. We will send an email with a link to create a new password.

 

 

Forgot your username/login email?

  1. Go to the MyAccount login page.
  2. Click 'I forgot my login email'.
  3. Please enter your account number, first and last name and your password, then click 'Submit'. We will provide you with the email associated with your account which you can use to log in.
