It is important to keep your payment information up to date, to avoid payment rejections or service interruptions. In MyAccount you can make the following changes to your pre-authorized payments:
- Change payment types – change between pre-authorized payments from your credit card or bank account
- Change credit card account information – we accept Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard
- Update your credit card expiry date
Update your payment information
- Log into MyAccount.
- In the MyAccount home menu, click ‘Manage Your Payments’.
- Then go to the ‘Active Payment Information’ section, and click on the ‘Edit’ button to update your payment information.
