Manage Your Pre-Authorized Payments

It is important to keep your payment information up to date, to avoid payment rejections or service interruptions. In MyAccount you can make the following changes to your pre-authorized payments: 

  • Change payment types – change between pre-authorized payments from your credit card or bank account 
  • Change credit card account information – we accept Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard 
  • Update your credit card expiry date 

Update your payment information

  1. Log into MyAccount.
  2. In the MyAccount home menu, click ‘Manage Your Payments’.
  3. Then go to the ‘Active Payment Information’ section, and click on the ‘Edit’ button to update your payment information.
