Check Status of Orders

  • Service order: Once your order is confirmed, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.
  • Installation: Your installation date, and technician appointment date (if applicable), will be confirmed within 72 hours by email/SMS.
  • Your modem shipment: Your modem and/or other devices will be shipped out within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.                                                          

Rescheduling an appointment

If you need to reschedule your installation appointment, the best way to make this change is to respond to our confirmation SMS.
